There was a pub meet last night. Plans were hatched. One of them was that Mike Stevens is going to mentor me to learn Java. The other one was worse, but wasn't about programming.

I do wish I could remember what triggers _ListTables is deprecated, use $dbh->tables() at /usr/lib/perl5/DBD/mysql.pm line 272. I'm sure I've had this problem and solved it at least twice before, but I didn't write it down, and Google is unhelpful. It's probably got something to do with Class::DBI and/or incompatible module versions.
