Added text formatting rules link to OpenGuides nav bar (turnable off with a preferences option) following a request from Mike Stevens. Also added config option for including navbar on front page. That's been bugging me for ages. Fixed some other niggly things that people have asked to get sorted.

Adding "edit_type" dropdown box to OpenGuides, found I needed to have a metadata_isnt to go with my metadata_is constraint in CGI::Wiki's ->list_recent_changes method, so there goes 0.43 and then 0.44 cos 0.43 didn't actually work, along with OpenGuides 0.19. Then I had to go and upload OpenGuides 0.20 because I'd forgotten to change the address of the dev mailing list. See how quickly you get out of the swing of things. Hadn't actually intended to spend the entire evening hacking. Oh well.

The July Perl Journal, which includes Building Collaborative Web Applications With CGI::Wiki, is now available. They changed my comedy section headings to sensible ones though.
