Vegan Chocolate Mousse with Brandy

Adapted from a recipe on Vegan Village.

Melt the chocolate (I broke it up and zapped it in the microwave, stirring often). Mix in the soya cream, a dollop at a time. Mix in the brandy, a tablespoon at a time. Spoon into a serving bowl, or individual ramekins, and chill in the fridge for at least an hour.
