Gluttons Delicatessen, on the north end of Walton Street, does takeaway sandwiches at lunchtime. Their pinto bean pate is vegan, and if you call ahead you can get them to put a pinto bean sandwich aside for you. They are generally too busy to make up sandwiches on demand at lunchtime, though. They also sell fresh falafel.
