The Falafel House is a tiny stall set into the side of Gloucester Green, and does the most delicious fast food at very good prices. Food is served in traditional flat pittas, with tahini sauce and Lebanese salad (lettuce and tomatoes, with optional fresh coriander, pickled chillies and gherkins). Falafel or spicy potatoes (both vegan) are £2, and falafel with hummous is £2.30., falafel with spicy potatoes £2.50. The tahini sauce is vegan - just tahini, lemon, salt and garlic - though I was confused at first because it looks like yogurt! They also do jacket potatoes, but I've not tried these yet, since I like the falafel so much.
