Starbucks

  • High Street

So, the controversial coffee chain comes to Oxford, with a prime spot on the High Street. A fair few knowledgeable coffee people will tell you that Starbucks coffee is over-roasted, burnt and disgusting, but I don't come to Starbucks for a pure cup of black coffee. I come here for the soya-milk lattes and loads of flavoured syrups. They don't have the ginger syrup for the gingerbread latte that doop fell in love with on Oxford Street, unfortunately, but the hazelnut one is lovely. I haven't tried or asked about any of the food here.
